Letterpress & Laser Cutter Study

This coptic-stitch hand-made book was an edition of three meant to utilize the letterpress and laser cutter. The text came from a list of words given to me to rearrange and chose from. I was then able to create a story with the given words that can be interpreted an infinite amount of ways.

The artifacts that were run through the letterpress were objects I found and collected through my travels. I did not go seeking the objects, therefore they are the “unknown.” The cover features a set-in license plate that is the symbol of a destination. While this is an edition of three books, each page of each book presents its own unique qualities.
